Construction on stadium to begin by august 15th. Retractable Roof?

interesting. they are paying $75M for the stadium ($30M for naming rights + $45M for 50% ownership) and only paid $25M for the MetroStars according to that article. If you think about it, the team was really the small part of the deal. Obviously the stadium was the big purchase and I'm sure the events it holds will be important to the team.

I hope they get that sucker done quickly enough so we don't have to go back to Giants Stadium and NJSEA in 2007.
